Announcing Client Connect Portal –

Finding the right real estate for you!

I am now offering my clients the opportunity to engage in their own real estate listings portal through Client Connect.

Client Connect offers a website for my clients to interact with the real estate listings from the “Saved Search” setup that I create for each client. This password protected website displays listings allowing my clients the option to categorize the listing as a “Favorite“, “Possible” or “Rejected” and sort into separate tabs. My Clients will also be able to send and receive comments directly from their private web portal to me for each individual listing. Client Connect allows me and my clients to pass comments back and forth through a message system on specific listings.

Listings will stay on the Client Connect website as long as they are in “on the market” active status. If a listing goes to “expired”, “withdrawn”, “pending”, or “closed”, those listings are removed from the Client Connect website. If the listing comes “back on the market”, it will return under the same category of “Favorite”, “Possible”, or “Rejected” it was in. When one of my clients no longer want to receive information about any listings, their status is made “inactive” and their Client Connect access is turned off.
