Comet Studios specialize in providing innovative and creative solutions that meet and fulfill their Clients’ needs, dreams, timeline & budget. For all of their projects, Comet Studios helps their clients develop and maintain realistic project budget goals and objectives. As part of this service, Comet Studios introduces important construction cost information to help establish a realistic project budget that is then maintained by ongoing project cost analysis.

In the Preliminary Design Phase, Comet Studios will synthesize ideas and create schematic design options responsive to the information provided by their clients, including Workbook data, topographical maps, county code requirements, any local community covenants and site climate/geology/soil information. This initial design effort will provide everyone involved with the project a first opportunity to really discuss the project planning and architectural possibilities in tangible ways.

A house is much more than just floor plans with finishes. During the Design Process Comet Studios will share computer aided designs in 3D, a QuickTime Virtual Reality Walk-through and/or other visual aids to help their clients “see” and experience the design in three dimensions inside and out.

Aldea Homesites

Aldea has some excellent homesites for sale. There are many lots that are priced very favorably and would easily accommodate a single story home. Depending on finishes, features and size, a home here can be built from $180 per sqft up to $250+ per sqft. and still be a good investment.

In a few weeks three Lots will be coming on the market. One is a single family homesite with east mountain views and vistas to the south. This lot sits higher on the land & would be a great full time home or a vacation home. Another single family homesite, sits adjacent to the Frijoles arroyo, offering privacy and tranquil arroyo views.
