Aldea Live Work Loft #13 sold just before the start of summer and the new owners have moved in! Live Work Loft #15 is now under contract and will close in late August. Loft #17 has had a lot of interest and showings. This Live Work has best privacy and available significantly below construction cost. A total of 8 sold properties as of today.
