This is just a note to let you know that I represented the Buyers and sold Aldea Lot #320, 9 Calle Altura to a wonderful couple who will be designing their home with John Halley of Comet Studios. Selling properties – creating dreams is part of what I do.
As you may know, I am constantly out around Aldea & surrounding neighborhoods of Tessera to Las Campanas, showing property to potential Buyers. I am actively marketing Aldea to clients who walk through my office as well as through my online resources. I love Aldea (and the whole west side of Santa Fe) and I can help Buyers & Sellers realize their dreams. If you know anyone who has a Lot or a Home that they would like to sell, I would love to be introduced to them and find them their new owner.

For the past few years, it’s been my pleasure to help people achieve their dream of purchasing their property, moving up to a larger home, and selling or buying a vacation home. To know that I’m helping someone by being a real estate consultant is very gratifying.
It occurred to me that my friends, family members and business associates may not be aware of just exactly what a real estate consultant does differently from a traditional salesperson and how that benefits the people you introduce me to.
Traditional real estate agents spend the majority of their time soliciting the public looking for their next client, which leaves little time to personally see to their clients’ needs.

As a by referral only real estate consultant, I’m 100 percent focused on consulting, marketing properties, negotiating, and overseeing the transactional details for my clients, keeping their best interests foremost in my mind. I am committed to making the home buying/home selling experience the best it can possibly be.
My purpose is making sure my clients are so outrageously happy with the help I provide that they gladly introduce me to the people they care about, not because they feel obligated but because they truly believe they will benefit.
Because I think that way about my business, my previous clients are pleased with my help and introduce me to friends, family and people they care about anytime they have a real estate need.
